Tell us the shape of the week
Start with your dates, party size and a rough idea of the region. You do not need a finished itinerary — a preferred pace, a few places and the moments you want from the week are enough.
Charter
From the first idea to the last morning aboard — the useful answers, in one place.
A good charter is carefully prepared, then lightly held.
Start with your dates, party size and a rough idea of the region. You do not need a finished itinerary — a preferred pace, a few places and the moments you want from the week are enough.
We match the dates, pace and cruising ground, then return with a clear proposal and the first sketch of a route. It sets out the charter fee, the APA and what happens next without burying the useful part in fine print.
Once the agreement and first payment are in place, the week is yours. We introduce the captain, confirm arrival details and turn the broad plan into something the crew can begin preparing around you.
A preference sheet covers food, drinks, routines, allergies, celebrations and how you like to spend a day. The chef builds menus around it; the crew prepares the details that make the yacht feel familiar from the first hour.
The captain refines the route around your pace, local conditions and the latest forecast. It remains deliberately loose once you leave — more time in a favorite bay is often a better decision than following yesterday's plan.
Clear before you book. Accounted for while you sail.
Charter fee
Exclusive use of the yacht, her captain, chef and full crew, yacht insurance and the standard collection of water toys are included in the charter fee.
APA
The Advance Provisioning Allowance is normally around 30% of the charter fee. It funds fuel, food, drinks and berthing according to the week you choose to have.
Final account
The captain records expenditure throughout the charter and keeps you informed. At the end, the account is reconciled and any unspent APA balance is returned.
The small details are where the week starts feeling personal.
Your preferences
Tell us favorite breakfasts, dietary requirements, drinks, music, celebrations and the kind of pace that feels like a vacation to you.
Your arrival
We coordinate the marina, transfer timing and luggage with the captain so boarding feels like the beginning of the week, not another travel connection.
Your suitcase
Bring swimwear, light layers, soft-soled shoes and something easy for evenings ashore. Cabins have limited storage, and almost everyone is happier packing less.
The practical things people ask before their first charter.
Send the dates and the rough idea. We will help with the rest.
